Leo Creative is a boutique creative agency with a focus on branding and visual communication for niche markets.

Founded in 2008 by Justin Leon, we have developed a strong understanding and passion for specialty pharmaceuticals and the important role of the corporate brand in taking the marketing and selling of niche drugs ‘beyond product’. Niche markets are often highly complex, where the principals of mass-marketing do not apply. Typically larger agencies come from a background in consumer advertising where the single-minded USP rules. Within niche markets, individual customer centric propositions create value, drawing on a mix of both product and corporate brand offerings. With this understanding, Leo Creative seeks to bring our background in B2B branding to bear on the growing ‘s100′ pharmaceutical market. Leo Creative continues to work in industries outside of healthcare with a focus on corporate branding.

Prior to starting his own agency, Justin worked in both corporate and consumer branding across a number of industries including financial services, professional services, food & beverage, property and construction, heavy industry and government. A significant amount of his corporate branding experience was in the B2B environment – an area that provided the foundation for Justin’s understanding of niche markets. Clients included AMP Capital, Baker & McKenzie, Bluescope Steel, City of Sydney, Coca-Cola Amatil, Eraring Energy, Lend Lease, Lion Nathan, Nestle, Ord Minnett, Pacific Power and TransGrid.
